1. Agreement to Rules and Regulations:
By signing up for membership, individuals agree to abide by the rules and regulations (GMR) set forth by the Association.
2. Non-Refundable Membership Fee:
Payment made for membership is non-refundable once the member application is approved. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Attendance Policy:
Members agree to adhere to the attendance policy, particularly for evening meetings scheduled from 5:30 PM IST to 8:00 PM IST. Consistent attendance is essential for active participation.
4. Quarterly Advance Payment:
Meeting charges, membership fees, or any other applicable charges are to be paid in advance on a quarterly basis. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5. Termination Clause:
Members agree to the termination clause outlined by the Mastermind Entrepreneur Forum. Termination may occur for reasons including but not limited to violation of rules, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.
6. Code of Conduct:
Members commit to maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions within the Association. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may lead to disciplinary action.
7. Confidentiality Agreement:
Members acknowledge the sensitive nature of discussions and materials shared within the Association. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality is crucial for fostering trust and open communication.
8. Participation in Association Activities:
Members are encouraged to actively participate in association activities, events, and committees. Contribution to the growth and well-being of the association is essential.
9. Notification of Changes:
Members will be informed of any changes to the terms and conditions. Continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Kolkata, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
